Thank you for shopping with Luxe Number Plates! We are committed to delivering your orders quickly, safely, and efficiently. Please review our shipping policy below to understand how we handle the shipping of your products.
Order Processing Time
- All orders are processed within 1 business day (excluding weekends and bank holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
- You will receive another notification once your order has shipped.
Shipping Fees & Delivery Estimates
Orders placed before 3:00 PM will be manufactured and dispatched on the next working day excluding weekends. Orders placed over the weekend will be dispatched on the next working day.
- We offer the following shipping options:
- Royal Mail 24hr Tracked & Signed (Next Day) + £7.99
- Royal Mail 48hr Tracked & Signed (1-2 Days) + £5.99
- Royal Mail Guaranteed Next Day Before 1pm + £9.99
- Delivery times are estimates and begin from the date of shipping, not the order date. Delays may occur due to factors beyond our control.
Order Tracking
- Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing a tracking number. You can use this number to track your order through the shipping carrier’s website.
Please note the following important information regarding your order:

Incorrect Shipping Address: If an incorrect shipping address or postcode is provided, we will attempt to contact you via phone and email. If we are unable to reach you, your order will be held until you provide the correct information. As we rely on the postcode system, please ensure the digits are entered accurately.

Delivery Timeframes: While we strive to dispatch orders promptly, Luxe Number Plates cannot guarantee delivery timelines and is not responsible for delays caused by postal carriers or other factors beyond our control.

Shipping Method Selection: Luxe Number Plates is not liable if the wrong postage method is selected. If a UK delivery method is chosen for a non-UK address, we will not be held responsible. Please note that lost items are not considered missing by couriers until 14 days after dispatch. Additionally, once goods have been manufactured and dispatched, we cannot cancel the transaction or issue a refund.

Non-Signed For Deliveries: If a non-signed for postage option is selected, we will not be held liable for any loss and we will not replace any orders that are lost or missing. We will provide tracking details, but it is your responsibility to monitor and follow up on the delivery.

Lost or Stolen Goods: We cannot replace or refund lost or stolen goods in transit without a full postal investigation. Any refunds or replacements will be subject to the outcome of the postal insurance claim.

Failed Deliveries: Our courier will attempt to deliver your item twice. If delivery fails both times and you are unavailable, the goods may be destroyed. Luxe Number Plates will not replace items destroyed by the courier and you will be required to purchase a new product.

Returns
Returns are only accepted if the goods are damaged, faulty/incorrect.
To process a return, you must return the items to us and provide proof of postage. We will refund the return shipping costs upon receipt of this proof.
Once we receive the returned faulty goods, we will rectify the issue and send the corrected items back to you.
- Please note that since these are bespoke items, we cannot offer refunds for changes of mind or order cancellations once production has begun.
- We do not provide cash refunds. Instead, we will repair any damaged items and return them to you.
